The students in this classroom were using several upper-level thinking skills. They used level 2.4 with the ability to tell what happened during the experiment. 2.5 was used to help them understand and draw a conclusion from what was learned during the experiment. 6.1 was also used to change a previous hypothesis into one that fit the acquired knowledge.
Students could use Microsoft Excel to create tables and then use another program to turn that data into bar graphs to compare the time it took for each to dissolve.
